20 are not correct

RE:  Jr. Honda blue restrictor plates

To all you tech guys across the country:

            Start checking all blue Jr. Honda restrictor plates.  There are about 20 plates out in the field that the center is 0.065” lower than normal.   Please pull out all of these plates out of service immediately and send to me at the address listed below.  I will replace every plate that is bad.
